The Sweetwater Walk-In Clinic is your home for your immediate health needs. Our doctors and staff are trained to diagnose and treat most non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses. We remain open, and a clean and safe place for you to receive the medical care you need, when you need it.

Don’t ignore your health needs - our walk-in clinic is here when it’s convenient for you. Our family medicine and specialty practices are still taking appointments, but if you need to see a doctor today no appointments are necessary at the clinic.

Our Services

The walk-in clinic is for health issues requiring urgent medical attention including, but not limited to, falls, urinary tract infections, congestive heart failure (CHF) exacerbations, diabetic issues, and dehydration.

Cold, Flu, and Other Common Illnesses
- When you or a loved one is sick, you want to feel better fast. If your physician is unavailable, let the healthcare professionals at the Walk-In Clinic at Sweetwater Memorial treat you soon.
- We treat patients for colds, the flu, and a variety of other common illnesses such as allergies, asthma, backaches and back pain, bronchitis, dehydration, diarrhea, ear infections, eye problems, headaches, nose bleeds, pneumonia sore throats, urinary tract infections, and vomiting.
- Come in for your flu shot! We have the flu vaccine on hand.
Burns, Cuts, and Lacerations
- Burns and cuts can be painful and, when left untreated, can become infected and leave permanent scars. Our healthcare professionals treat first- and second-degree burns, along with symptoms of sunburn. We can also stitch, staple or Dermabond (skin glue) cuts and lacerations, and provide wound care and dressing changes for wounds.
Sprains, Strains, and Broken Bones
- If it hurts a little or a lot, we can help. Don’t take the chance of more serious injury or infection, let our healthcare professionals diagnose and treat you in about an hour. Physicians at the Walk-In Clinic treat sprains, strains, broken bones and minor dislocations. We can stabilize fractures with splints, crutches and slings, and quickly arrange for orthopedic care.
Diabetes & CHF Care
- If you need assistance managing your diabetes, our staff can help. Don’t let ongoing care needs go untreated. If you’re not feeling right our physicians can diagnose your current condition and put you back on track.
X-Rays and Laboratory On-Site
Our clinic has X-Rays and other diagnostic tools on site, and more advanced imaging accessible nearby if needed. Our on-site laboratory saves you time and makes care convenient and easy. Some of our labs include a rapid flu swab, mono screen, glucose PT/INR, rapid strep test, and urinalysis.
